About the Author
Ephrem Eyob is professor in the Department of Engineering and Engineering Technology and Coordinator of the Logistics Program at Virginia State University. Prior to that he was professor and chair for the Department of Computer Information Systems in the School of Business. His research interest is in information systems and decision sciences areas primarily on Web based functional integration of operations , logistics, optimization of supply chain networks, and information technology applications in supply chain management. He served as the guest editor for the International Journal of Management and Decision Making in 2006. Currently, he is serving as a member of the editorial board member for International Journal of Services and Standards, International Journal of Electronic Government among others. He has published over seventy articles and proceedings in major journals and conferences in international and national venues.
